Some of our men at Steep House Nursing Home enjoyed a good afternoon together today. They started off the day by spending time building Lego. This was a great activity for them, as they all enjoyed creating something new.
Lego is a great way to improve manual dexterity and stimulate brain function. Lego therapy also helps residents to rediscover communication skills and encourage them to socialise whilst also having hours of fun!
This was followed by a couple of games of table tennis before having tea, juice, crisps, and biscuits to celebrate our dear residents, Leonard’s birthday!
