We’re thrilled to share that our very first Sports Day at Southborough Nursing Home was an incredible success! Held in support of Macmillan Cancer, the day was filled with fun, excitement, and community spirit as we came together to raise funds for a great cause.
Residents, staff, and families enjoyed taking part in a variety of light-hearted games, from Wheelchair Basketball to the classic Sack Race. The atmosphere was alive with laughter and joy, bringing everyone closer together.
A huge thank you to our amazing Chef Leon and the kitchen team for preparing a delicious spread that kept everyone fueled for the day’s activities.
To top it all off, Manager Kamal proudly presented medals to the winners, which were worn with pride by both residents and staff alike. The enthusiasm and participation from everyone made the day truly unforgettable, and we hope to make this an annual tradition at Southborough.
