We had an absolutely delightful time at The Great Acacia Care Centre Bake Off, all in support of @MacmillanCancer! The atmosphere was filled with fun and community spirit as our wonderful residents, staff, and relatives came together to showcase their baking talents. Mouth-watering creations like lemon drizzle, rum cake, and cinnamon rolls were proudly displayed and enjoyed by all.
A special thank you to our brave judge, Vincent, who had the difficult task of tasting each delicious treat. After much deliberation, Yvonne was crowned our Bake Off champion with her scrumptious lemon drizzle cake!
After the competition, everyone gathered for a relaxed afternoon, enjoying the homemade goodies over coffee, with plenty of laughter and joy shared.
We are thrilled to announce that, thanks to everyone’s generosity, we raised £112 for this worthy cause. Your support truly makes a difference!
