We’re delighted to share the fantastic progress residents from Southborough Nursing Home are making in Week Two of Our Exercise & Well-being Programme! The benefits of this initiative have already been remarkable, thanks to the dedication and expertise of Rupesh, who brings warmth, energy, and professionalism to each session. With a blend of personalised one-on-one support and engaging group activities, our residents are feeling more energised, motivated, and connected than ever.
Each session is filled with laughter and encouragement, as residents build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Rupesh has a wonderful way of making exercise fun, and his sessions have quickly become a highlight of the week. Whether it’s gentle stretches, mobility exercises, or balance work, every activity is designed to meet individual needs and capabilities, ensuring that all residents can participate comfortably and effectively.
This eight-week programme, offered through our NHS partners Your Healthcare, isn’t just about physical health. It’s also a brilliant opportunity for social interaction, mental stimulation, and lifting spirits, bringing a sense of joy and community to our homes. Residents are not only building healthier habits but also enjoying quality time together, cheering each other on, and creating friendships along the way.
