Solent Grange Nursing Home was thrilled to attend The Great British Care Awards for the third year running on Friday, 15th November 2024. Shortlisted in an impressive seven categories across the South East, the home was recognised for its outstanding commitment to care.
The team proudly took home the Employer of the Year award, while Annie Daffern, Administration Manager, was honoured with Newcomer of the Year. Head Chef Emma Pearson was Highly Commended for Chef of the Year, and Senior Carer Noel Joy received Highly Commended for Dementia Carer of the Year.
A huge thank you to the residents, relatives, and colleagues whose support made this possible. The team is incredibly proud of these achievements and can’t wait for the National Finals in March 2025 at the Birmingham ICC!
