A most delightful afternoon was enjoyed by residents, staff and guests at Priory Court Care Home on Friday 27th September as we hosted our Macmillan Coffee Afternoon!
With a wonderful selection of cakes donated by our generous supporters and steaming cups of tea and coffee, we welcomed residents, families, and friends to join in the fun. We were particularly thrilled to have our new local MP, HelenMaguire, and NickMackin, the Senior Volunteer Marketing Manager for @macmillancancersupport, join us for this special occasion!
The highlight of the afternoon was our exciting raffle, featuring a spectacular cake crafted by our talented head chef, Jerome, as the grand prize, alongside bottles of bubbly for our lucky runners-up. 🎂🥂
Thanks to everyone’s generous support, we raised an incredible £98.70 for Macmillan Cancer Trust—a cause that truly resonates with many of us. Your kindness and participation made this event a success, and we can’t wait to host more gatherings like this in the future!
