Following the recent sale of The Future Care Group (FCG), to Aria Care, we had the pleasure of spending a few days with the Aria Executive team along with some of the FCG Support office colleagues and the FCG Home Managers.
Kicking off with some unexpected celebrations as we (anxiously) watched England take on the Netherlands in the Euros (we are still in shock), followed by a wonderful day with the Aria team, sharing our successes and ways of working, but most importantly an opportunity to begin building strong relationships.
It was evident that we all have a mutual passion for providing the best possible care to our residents whilst treating each other with respect and kindness. As we embark on this new chapter together, we are excited to create, innovate and achieve amazing things as One Team!
