Chair exercise activities

No matter what age we are, exercising is very important, especially for those of us who may be over the age of 65. Many regular exercises can be done while using a chair as a mobility device. Residents at The Boynes Care Centre had so much fun during our last session, they even started dancing with the ribbons. We also had boxing, balloon tennis, and stretchy parachute exercises that really work the arms!
