Celebrating St George’s Day at Oaklands House Care Centre! Residents engaged in various activities, from specially designed word searches to St George’s Day bingo.
The bingo session was a hit, with everyone enthusiastically crossing out typical British phrases and associated words. It was a race to finish first to claim the winning prize.
Our dear resident Irene was the winner and eagerly chose her prize!
Chef Sarah made a cake for the occasion, which our residents enjoyed alongside a favourite British pastime of drinking tea.
