Staff Awards Evening

Bourne House Nursing Home staff awards evening was held on Thursday 27th March 2023. It was a truly amazing evening, showcasing exceptional passion and hard work of staff members in various work areas at Bourne House.

The event was a huge success with lots of positive feedback and with the presence of Arnon Rubinstein (Managing Director) and Vivien Ziwocha (Group Operations Director) in attendance to facilitate individuals and team nominees.

The purpose of the awards evening was to celebrate the exceptional work of each staff member and the important role they play in supporting the smooth functioning of Bourne House Nursing Home. As we value our staff, we wanted to formally celebrate individual and team successes and this event seemed the perfect way to show our appreciation and it’s something unique in the Future Care Group.

Comments by Vivien: “In true spirit every staff member is a winner. This event is medium to recognise the efforts put by each staff members. It is a platform to recognise the Best and the feeling of this evening is so vibrant and positive and would like to see this happen in every home of the Future Care group”.

Comments by Arnon: “It is nice to see the positivity and the feeling of enthusiasm in each staff member present at this Awards. Even though some were awarded but to see all the staff cheering for each nomination is really a great feeling. The food too is well presented and tasty”.

The evening concluded with dinner, a variety of food from Momos to Biryani, Yorkshire pudding to Tiramisu made by staff from various cultures and background.

Chris Trott commented “In my opinion every member of Bourne House is a true winner. I want to take this opportunity to thanks each staff member for their commitment and dedication in making Bourne House such a fabulous place to work and our residents to live.”
