Residential care in Epsom

Our care home in Epsom is well equipped with facilities that allow residents to continue to live an independent, fulfilling life. This encourages residents to enjoy socialising and building close relationships with each other, keeping active, and experiencing new things. We hope to create lasting memories and we aim to do this with the amenities that we provide:

  • Lounge and communal dining room on each floor
  • Arts & Crafts area
  • Cinema
  • Minibus for regular transport

Dementia care in Epsom

Our dementia carers can provide bespoke care for dementia patients to ensure their needs are fully accommodated. They can interact with others in the home through a variety of activities, which encourages socialising and engagement. We support dementia residents in any way possible, including Dementia Champions who are elected by the home manager to lead a strategy to improve quality of care for residents with dementia. Caring for these residents provides unique challenges, but our team are committed to integrating dementia patients into our home in every possible way.

Our team

We have a team of qualified carers who create close relationships with each resident in our Epsom care home, getting to know their individual needs. We want to make sure every resident feels comfortable and settled, which is why we encourage them to socialise and involve themselves in activities at every opportunity. This helps our residents continue to live a meaningful life.

Nursing care in Epsom

Our nursing home in Epsom is capable of providing care 24-hours a day for residents who require it. We have a team of highly skilled residential care nurses for elderly patients who can monitor their health closely whilst still preserving their freedom and independence. We work closely with a range of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and social workers, to ensure that both the physical and mental health of residents are cared for. This is part of helping residents to gain maximum enjoyment during their time with us.

Respite care in Epsom

If you or your loved one is in a situation where they require short term care at our home in Epsom, our staff can provide a much-needed respite break. Caring for residents who are staying with us for a shorter amount of time does not change the level of care they receive, and they are still fully integrated into our home. We make sure that they still take part in our range of activities and socialise with other residents. We provide respite care services for all circumstances, including:

  • Operation recovery
  • Hospital rehabilitation
  • Respite for at-home carers
  • Recovery from illness
  • Other short-term needs

Throughout their time with us, respite care residents can make the most of the range of facilities on site and build close relationships with staff and other residents that make their time with us comfortable and enjoyable.
