Our Belief is that your future matters
Kamal Gill
Home Manager
I am delighted at my appointment as a Home Manager at Southborough Nursing Home. I’ve been within the care industry for 12 years, in which I have managed a nursing home with nursing and Dementia care. I did my nursing in India and completed my BSC Hons in Nursing from Surrey University at Guilford. I enjoy my role as a Home Manager and enjoy the fact that I am able to influence a difference to enhance the lives of the individuals who we are privileged to care for. I am always available and happy to help with the smooth running of all the departments at Southborough Nursing Home. I am looking forward to getting to know you all and meeting you in the near future.
On a personal level, I am married and have two wonderful girls named Manit and Seerat. I enjoy spending time with my family and my two daughters.
Constantin Zidaru
Deputy Manager
My name is Constantin Zidaru, and I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new Deputy Manager here at Southborough Nursing Home, part of the Future Care Group. It is a truly honour to join such a dynamic team, and I am eager to contribute my skills and experiences to our collective success.
A bit about my background: I bring over 14 years of experience in Health and Social Care within Care homes. In my previous roles, I’ve had the opportunity to work as a Deputy Manager alongside experts in safeguarding, nurse practitioners, and individuals with extensive experience in managing care homes. These experiences have provided me with a strong foundation in supporting vulnerable adults while also facilitating the support and development of staff.
As Deputy Manager, I am committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where each team member feels empowered to excel. I believe in the power of communication, transparency, and teamwork to overcome challenges and achieve our goals. As Deputy Manager, my priority is to ensure that every decision we make revolves around the well-being and happiness of our residents and enhance their quality of life. I am able to recognise the importance of family and community in the lives of our residents. Therefore, it is essential to have collaboration and open communication with families, as well as engagement with the wider community, which enriches the care experience.
On the personal level, I was born in Romania, I came in UK in 2009 and I became British citizen in 2021. I have three children and my hobby is photography and technology. I have two degrees, one in management economic and one in adult nursing (the nursing degree was obtained in the UK at Brighton University).
Sharon Nellie Mutimusakwa

I am absolutely thrilled to join Southborough Nursing Home as the Administration Manager! With dedicated experience in the healthcare industry, my passion for providing exceptional care has driven me to ensure seamless operations that enhance the lives of those we serve. My commitment is to foster a harmonious and efficient environment where both staff and residents feel valued and supported.
In my personal time, I enjoy spending quality time with my wonderful husband, exploring the beauty of the UK, fishing, and enjoying delightful picnics.
I truly believe that the world becomes a better place when we care for one another, and I find profound fulfillment in contributing to a nurturing care environment.
Shobha Lakshminarayan
Lifestyle Lead
I am grateful for my role as Lifestyle Lead at Southborough Nursing Home, part the Future Care Group. I love interacting with the residents – adding some positive energy and joy to their day is a gratifying experience. As part of my role, I create fun activities for our residents with music, movements and constantly seek to add something new to our activity calendar with their input. Seeing them smile and being part of moments where they share a lovely thought or reminisce about their lives has been wonderful and makes me think of the words “Love what you do, and you never work a day in your life”.
I may sing for one resident, dance with another and laugh loud with a third and have a deep conversation with another – a pot-pourri of a day – and I get to be myself through it all, which is the best part! I love being in the moment with them and strive to treasure special memories on camera to be shared with families and on social media! My role involves making special occasions memorable and fun for the residents, and this is not possible without the support of the wonderful team here at Southborough Nursing Home, which is what makes this a great place to work – everyone cares!
